Tim Nelson has carried out the role of external advisor for ten years. He is fully briefed and trained through Nottinghamshire Local Authority as part of their school improvement team so he is fully up to date with the latest legislation and requirements, especially in relation to the impact of COVID19 on the appraisal process.
Tim works with schools to ensure that the headteacher and governors fulfil the statutory requirements of the process and he provides all the relevant paperwork throughout the appraisal.
