Service

Our in-school support and consultancy is designed to meet the specific needs of your primary school.

We offer training and support in whatever area a school may need, for example:

Developing the schools’ self-evaluation with the leadership team
Joint learning walks with leaders to evaluate teaching and learning
School reviews
Developing the skills of subject and phase leaders
Work scrutinies to evaluate consistency of approach and pupil progress
External advisor for Headteacher’ performance management

As well as working with individual settings we can also provide training courses for clusters, group of schools, academy trusts or local authorities taking place at a venue of your choice.

Subject Leadership Briefing for core and foundation subject leaders.
Developing Questioning Skills to Support Pupils’ Learning for Teaching Assistants
Inspection Briefing for Governors of Primary schools and Academies.
Inspection Training for Senior Leaders

All our work in school is based on your specific needs and expected outcomes.

Costs

Full day (normally 8.30 am to 3.00 pm) - £450 + VAT - inclusive of travel

Half day (normally 8.30 to 12.00 or 1.00 pm to 4.30 pm) - £250 + VAT inclusive of travel

Twilight (normally 3.30 to 6.00) - £250 + VAT inclusive of travel

Some schools prefer to hold training with other local schools, sharing costs and strengthening links. We’re very happy to help in this process in whatever capacity we can.
