This course will provide subject leaders with background information on the deep dive process and how this could be applied when a school is inspected. This will include an overview of Ofsted’s research into the three I’s and how a lead inspector might decide on which subjects to focus on during an inspection.
The process will be explained in detail, together with examples of the questions that inspectors could ask and how these questions are linked to the application of the grade descriptors.
The training is aimed to ensure subject leaders are well-prepared for the inspection process and are able to demonstrate the effectiveness of their work in the best possible light.
All resources will be shared with attendees.
