A training session for colleagues who will be taking on a subject leadership role in a primary school for the first time.
The training will enable attendees to prioritise their work; understand their role and ensure they are well-prepared to develop their subject with a key focus on pupil outcomes. The aim is to ensure they are confident and well-prepared for the role.
The session is suitable for colleagues taking on a core subject or a non-core subject.
Delegates will be provided with all the resources referred to during the course.
